I work as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in Bray, Co. Wicklow and Dun Laoghaire in South Dublin. I have trained in the areas of psychology and person centered psychotherapy. I hold a Masters of Art in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy ( Clinical) a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Tivoli Institute and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Psychology . I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and registered with the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (aishlinn-molloy.psychotherapist.tel)
As a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on different schools of thought including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic, Gestalt and Psycho-dynamics theory to meet the needs of my clients.
I have recently completed additional training in ASIST Suicide Intervention, (WRAP) Wellness Recovery Action Plan, Mental Health Awareness and C.B.T.
I have also experience working as a Job Coach for people with disabilities and mental health difficulties including Bi Polar disorder and Schizophrenia.
